Personal data responsibility
ifoodbag AB, 556933-5598, (hereinafter referred to as ifoodbag) is responsible for the processing of personal data that takes place within the framework of the company’s operations.
The limited company shall trade in food packaging and related activities.
Why personal data is processed
In order for ifoodbag to be able to conduct its business, personal data is processed for various purposes linked to the business.
You agree to processing of personal data by using ifoodbag’s services regarding trading in packaging, owning or showing interest in owning the company’s share, as well as other services we provide.
You also allow that ifoodbag uses electronic communication channels to communicate and send information to you.
The information you provide to us is necessary, either to enter into a contractual relationship with us, or for other purposes. This may, for example, be responding to requests from various authorities to carry out our assignment and our commitments to you as a customer.

Sometimes we share your personal information with suppliers or subcontractors in order to carry out our obligations to you. We follow legal, technical and organizational requirements to ensure that your information is handled securely.
Ifoodbag’s premises are alarmed and computers that store personal data have personalized login solutions.
How long personal data is stored
We store data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the information was collected, or to carry out our commitments and for as long as required by statutory storage periods, in particular regarding accounting storage requirements.
If the purposes of the processing of personal data do not remain, the data will be deleted.
