If used together with the ifoodbag® and different cooling devices the alvobox® is excellent for the distribution of groceries using an unrefrigerated car or van – and yet, meet food temperature requirements for at least 8 hours in up to 35ºC (95ºF).

Thanks to that the alvobox® is food contact safe, no bags are needed inside. It is machine washable and withstands all types of desinfection.
The box is excellent to use for unattended home deliveries or for Click & Collect solutions. It can be placed in ordinary parcel lockers without active cooling until pick-up.

The alvobox® closes with a lid that has a built-in passive cooling shield.
The box is made of durable EPP (Expanded Poly Propylene) that is heat resistant and heat insulated, which ensures very small temperature losses.
By placing chilled and frozen food in an alvobox®, there is no need for active cooling – a tin locker is enough as storage when delivering food at Click & Collect distribution points – such as petrol stations, kiosks, parking lots, train stations and other.
The thermal box is also completely recyclable and reusable, over and over again.
The bottom of the alvobox has been designed with anti-slip feet to stand firmly during delivery. They also protect the box from damage when dragged over hard surfaces.
On each side of the box there are strong metal handles that make it safe and easy to lift the well-filled box.
When the box is emptied, the parts can be stacked inside each other and the lids can be easily fastened together with the help of special designed knobs.
The alvobox® is made of EPP (Expanded Poly Propylene) that is resusable for years, and therefore environmentally friendly. It is light weight which saves on fuel and gives possibilities to load more orders in the same route.
Our alvobox® is currently available in two different sizes: 151L and 52L boxes. The 151L gives plenty of room for three normal paper grocery bags. The 52L is perfect for a regular household order for chilled and frozen food and is convenient to carry and stack.
