Bengt Baron, Chairman of the Board
Under the lead of ifoodbag’s new Chairman, Bengt Baron – ifoodbag AB has formed a senior advisory board or “Operations Committee” as we call it. In addition to the formal Board, three highly experienced persons will further strengthen our engaged team. Bengt Baron’s assignments include Chairman of Thule Group AB and Enzymatica AB. He has previously been CEO of Cloetta AB / Leaf B.V. and V&S AB.
The other formal Board of Directors are Robert Malm, MD Netnordic Finland and VP Netnordic Sweden and Fredrik Jorius, owner, and Marketing manager of paper bag producer Swedbag.
The new Operations Committee includes:
Pär Arvidsson professional investor, advising and working with growth companies such as Bare Escentuals, Wayfinder Systems, and MIPS AB.
Jan-Olof Backman, Chairman of Credentia AB and 24 Storage AB, previously Vice president and Marketing manager of Coor Service Management.
Magnus Brännström, CEO and president of the beauty company Oriflame and the Chairman of World Federation of Direct Selling Associations.
